This is a great little guitar. I bought it for my grand-daughter, who is 10. This one is small enough that she can reach around it with no trouble, and large enough to have a reasonably good tone. The Chord-Buddy unit is very easy to catch on to. The first night, Christmas Eve, we had a small jam session with me, the grandfather, along with my grand-daughter on guitar; my son on bass, and my daughter-in-law on piano. We played several songs and my granddaughter was able to keep us on most of them. Needless to say, she was pumped! I would recommend this for a young child, up to about 13; then switch to a full size. The amazing plus for this setup, is that you can play almost immediately; with no finger pain, and a small learning curve. I would definitely recommend!!So far, it's been great. We bought it for my 7 year old. She's still in the early learning stages.Beautiful guitar. Hoping grandson learns to play with the Chord Buddy. Saw this on Shark Tank. Loved the guy who designed it.
